“If there are suggestions, such as the ones we heard here tonight, some that we heard elsewhere on our tour of public hearings, then our obligation is to work through those and see if we can, in fact, improve upon the designs and the alternatives moving forward or perhaps we could minimize some of the impacts. So, we will faithfully go through that process.”
